When Jean-Marie Carroll, Marketing Director of Premier Health Groupin Starkville, MS, wanted a TV commercial that looked different from typical medical spots, she called Broadcast Media Group.

And what happened was a fresh approach that took top honors at the Mississippi Delta Advertising Federation’s 2011 awards.

The Broadcast Media team developed the creative, wrote the script and produced the spot. It was shot on location in Tupelo, MS and in the Studios on North Jackson, Starkville, MS.  San Francisco-based voice artist Janice Wright narrated the piece.

The end result is a classic look with a message of hope in the face of a deadly disease.

 

Sweet Pepper’s Deli – The Assistant

Produced for Quest Group, this spot highlights online ordering for Pepper’s Sweet Deli. It’s a pretty funny look at what happens when lunch meetings go wrong.

Listening to Marcus “Da Boss” Vowell between takes is pretty funny itself.

And yes, those were really grease spots on the brown paper sacks.

Mississippi Horse Park promo video

This video was used as part of the launch of the the new North Mississippi Regional Cancer Center website. It highlights some of the Center’s survivor stories and Dr. Arnold Smith’s philosophy of cancer treatment.

Big Game Profiles intro

This piece was produced for the Boone and Crockett Club and Mossy Oak for their TV show “Leupold Big Game Profiles.” The show aired for four season nationally on the Outdoor Channel. Broadcast Media served as online producer/postproduction facility for Seasons 3 and 4.

It was shot on location in West Point, MS and features Matt “Hollywood” Ellington in his TV debut.

This classic spot began airing in the late 90′s and has undergone various versions. It is not to be confused with the mouse version, munchkin version or bleeped out “Pizza Too Pretty To Eat” version.

Dave’s does have the best pizza and wings in town.

Produced in 1997, this spot has run non-stop since then. A whole generation has lived with the Cow all their lives.

This spot won a variety of awards in 1998. But it has been so long ago, we forgot what. It did outlast The Jay Leno Show at 9PM and Conan at 10:35PM COMBINED. There is something to be said for that.
